DOUCEUR ET DURETE

Le Sage a dit :

"L'homme naît doux et faible.

A sa mort il est dur et froid.

Les jeunes pousses sont tendres

et remplies de sève.

A leur mort elles se fânent et

se déssèchent.

Ainsi les êtres rigides et inflexibles

sont-ils les disciples de la mort,

tout comme les êtres doux et flexibles

sont les disciples de la vie."

GENTLENESS AND HARDNESS

Green plants are tender
